The reproducibility of the EPR signal amplitudes between duplicate samples depended on sample packing density and the packing height within EPR tubes. Exposure of the parotid acinar cells to PP2, an inhibitor of Src and Src-related tyrosine kinases (36), also reduced the carbachol- and PMA-mediated increases in PKCδ tyrosine phosphorylation.
